  1. Barbora Petrovická - Face-slimming exercise – How to make your face thinner through face building says:

The way how our face looks like depends on a lot of factors. The face tissues is organized by some combination of genetics, age and weight. These processes result in folds and drooping. Your face can look heavy and old because of round or fat cheeks. Gravity and age can also stretch and loosen cheek and chin muscles, resulting in jowls at the jaw and neck
If the problem is being overweight, the first step is loosing weight. But sometimes dieting and a regular exercise routine may not affect the fat pads in cheeks and face.
If the problem is somewhere else you can affect your look by facial exercise. It brings support back to the skin on your face, get rid of the unwanted artifacts and also slim down your face.
Because of the aging, tanning, stress and other factors that have impact on your face impression you can easily find in your face bags and dark circles under eyes, double chins and sagging jowls, wrinkles and sagging necks, lines around the mouth, eyes and forehead, hanging nasal or labial fold lines, tired look and papery skin.
There are ways you can get this fixed without expensive skin treatment, Botox, or plastic surgery.
With face-slimming exercise you can achieve a more open-eye look and expose that double eyelid again, redefine the jaw line into a firmer, smoother, younger-looking contour, attain that smooth, tight skin of your youth, get rid of the lines even address wrinkles on the sides of the face and around the neck, lift up the cheeks and get rid of telltale old-looking laugh lines and even improve the texture of your skin.
There are a few general rules which you should follow first.
Check your posture. Slumping posture can cause an appearance of a fatter face by forcing a double chin look. Any fat you do have will simply shift to the most comfortable placement and if your posture pushes your neck and chin downward, this may fatten your face so stand and sit up straight.
Good overall nutrition for your body impacts your face as well. Eat healthily. Restrict the amount of calories you consume to those needed for a person of your height, gender and age.
As is written above lose weight if you’re overweight. When you lose body fat, you will also lose fat around your face.
Keep well hydrated. Having sufficient water intake will help you to flush out excess sodium that may be creating puffiness in your face. Adequate water will also help to flush out toxins in the body that may be contributing to an unhealthy pallor.
Facial exercise is an excellent way to tone muscles, lose inches and control skin from sagging. It is a natural way to make face look younger and thinner by firming muscles and reducing wrinkles. There are approximately 50 muscles in face and they have to be isolated, targeted and exercised for toning and slimming, just as the other muscles of the body.
At the beginning find a space where you can be alone and comfortable and choose a time during the day when you can relax and will not be disturbed. Sit upright in a chair, taking care to have good posture. Before doing the facial exercises, you need to do some warm up exercises to make sure you do not strain any muscles.
Stretch your neck slowly, while breathing deeply. Tilt your head down and raise it back up. Look over each shoulder for a count of 5 seconds. Lower your right ear towards your right shoulder and hold for a count of five. Repeat on the left. Let the weight of your head pull you naturally down, do not force it towards your shoulders. Do all of these movements three times.
Then you should exercise your eyes. Keeping your head still and using only your eyes. Look to your right side, while keeping your face pointing forward and the to your left side. Look up for 5 seconds. Look down for 5 seconds. Look diagonally for 5 seconds in each direction. Now, turn your head to the left and look in corresponding directions. Repeat exercise three times for both sides. This eye workout can reduce drooping eyelids and it can also refresh your eyes if you work on a computer or watch television for long periods of time. You can also do this exercise with your eyes closed.
Return to a neutral neck position to begin your facial routine.
Tilt your head back to look toward the ceiling and push your chin out. At the same time suck cheeks in as much as possible. Hold this position for five seconds and relax.
Open your mouth as wide as possible and stick your tongue out as far as you can and hold for a few seconds.
Place both hands on the forehead facing inwards and spread all of the fingers out between the eyebrows and hairline. Gently sweep the fingers outwards across the forehead, applying light pressure to tighten the skin and then relax.
Lift your eyebrows as high as you can, open your eyes as wide as possible and frown at the same time.
Pucker your lips out as far as possible into the shape of an “O.” Then change your expression into a wide smile.
Place your fingers on each cheekbone to gently lift the skin up and over cheekbones.Open your mouth to form a long, oval shape. Hold this for five seconds and relax.
Move your nose as much as you can from side to side.
Place an index finger outside each corner of your mouth and pull down gently. Use your face muscles to smile, which raises the corners of your mouth.
Practice all the above exercises 10-15 times a day. Just like other muscles, work your facial muscles slowly at first and build up to a more intense daily routine. Trying to work too hard too fast can lead to uncomfortable muscle spasms in your face. Also, work your muscles in both directions to keep new wrinkles from forming.
You can also lying on your bed with your head hanging over the side to increase blood flow to the skin and help gravity release the pressure on your muscles to help them look lifted and slimmer.
These are only examples of the facial exercise. You can find a lot more on the internet. There is also the whole fitness program for facial exercise called Carolyn´s facial fitness or face yoga.
